I know that most of this is needed to ensure that the deal is correct for the person taking out the loan. Next time I will avoid taking a finance package; it is just not worth the hassle.

I really dislike the fact that it's no longer possible to see what is being done at each service in the handbook (the handbook for my previous Ford said exactly what was done at each service). This is not a criticism of Cutts but of Ford's practice.
